3.4. The Operator may store and process the User’s IP address to detect and prevent misuse or excessive usage.

7.1. As a rule, photiu.ai does not process personal data unless required to provide services.
7.2. If the User is a private individual and the processing is carried out solely for personal or household purposes, any submitted personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation.

8.1. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the registered office of PHOTIU INTERNATIONAL CO. LIMITED.
8.2. The Operator reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will take effect upon publication on photiu.ai.
8.3. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
8.4. Should any provision of these Terms be found invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
